Mission & Vision

Our Yeshiva

Yeshivas Darchei Sholom was established in Elul 2024 תשפ’ד for boys with support, we aim;

  • To provide a realistic ישיבה environment for תלמידים who are serious and committed to learn in ישיבה.

  • To provide an infrastructure that takes into consideration each Talmid’s individual learning, social, emotional and in some cases, medical needs.

  • To give our תלמידים a sense of pride, nurture their thirst and love for learning by showing each individual what he is capable of achieving. This in turn will foster their חשקת התורה ,שמחת החיים and self-efficacy.

  • The objective of the ישיבה is to offer various opportunities for תלמידים to explore their individual strengths and achieve the success they may not have imagined was possible. These accomplishments should empower our תלמידים to apply themselves in all areas of their lives.

  • The ישיבה operates 42 weeks a year and is located in Edgware, London.

  • The ישיבה is open to non-residential תלמידים from ages 16-21.

  • Hours of study are 7.50am – 8.10pm from Sunday – Thursday inclusive. The Friday programme is from 7.50am – 1.30pm in the summer and 7.50am –12.00pm in the winter.

Safeguarding

Yeshiva's Darchei Sholom is dedicated to safeguarding and advancing the welfare of its students. In pursuit of this commitment, we will ensure the ongoing development and enhancement of comprehensive safeguarding processes and procedures, fostering a culture of safeguarding within our team.

“With Yedidya ready to graduate from Darchei Noam Centre at Menorah Grammar, we simply had no options.  Due to his medical and learning needs there was no Yeshiva in Europe that would be able to enable him to continue his growth in Torah whilst equipping him with the skills he will need for the rest of his life.  Our tefillos have been answered with Yeshiva Darchei Sholom doing all of this and so much more.  Yedidya returns home every day immensely fulfilled and he is growing enormously in both learning Gemora -  Iyun and Bekius from his fantastic Rebbeim.”
